In response to the rising COVID-19 cases, all camp activities will be suspended from now on to reduce the spreading of COVID-19. Ongoing camp activities should be ended earlier, and upcoming camps should be cancelled or postponed.

Relevant departments, institutes, and student clubs should properly notify all participants and refund in accordance with the refund policies. Departments and institutes should cooperate and inform the changes of the policy.
