Q. Are students applicable for COVID-19 vaccination leave?

1. Students who have adverse reactions after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine may apply for vaccination leave for three days (including the day of vaccination). Instructors are requested to grant the leave application, and the leave should not be accounted toward the student's personal absence record, nor are their academic performance assessment deducted. In addition, according to the university regulations, students must take a leave of absence from the instructor in advance. In exceptional circumstances, the student can make up the leave application with a doctor’s certificate of diagnosis.
2. After asking the instructor for vaccination leave, the student should fill in the form below in order to inform the Ministry of Education about the “Student Vaccination Leave Survey”.
